3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS
The personal data communicated by the interested party to Snoots srl are processed for the following purposes and on the basis of the related legal bases:

4. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF DATA
The personal data provided by the Client may be communicated to third-party recipients to fulfill contracts or related purposes. Specifically, data may be communicated to recipients belonging to the following categories:
● Legal, tax advisors;
● Banking institutions and external providers for managing payments made with credit cards;
● Competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and/or provisions issued by public bodies (Revenue Agency, Police Forces, etc.);
● External subjects who manage/support/assist, even only occasionally, the Controller in providing services, in the administration of the information system, and telecommunications networks.
Subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate entirely independently as separate Data Controllers. The list of any processors is constantly updated and available at the Controller’s office.
The personal data will not be subject to disclosure and, therefore, will not be made known to undetermined subjects.
5. DATA PROCESSING METHODS
The processing will be carried out both with manual and/or computer and electronic tools and with logic of organization and processing strictly related to the purposes mentioned and in any case, to ensure the security, integrity, availability, and confidentiality of personal data. In compliance with Article 5 paragraph 1 let. e) of Reg. EU 2016/679, the collected personal data will be stored in a form that allows the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed.
6. DATA PROVISION
It is informed that, considering the purposes of the processing, the provision of data is optional, but their non-provision, partial or incorrect provision may result in the impossibility of managing requests sent through the site forms. Consent to receive communications from the Controller is optional.
7. DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY
Personal data stored by clients on the Controller’s IT systems are stored in Italy and are not transferred outside the European Union. 8. DURATION OF PROCESSING
Personal data is stored for the entire duration of the management of the request sent by the interested party
For marketing purposes, personal data, in the existence of a contractual relationship, will be processed until the consent is revoked or for the period established by the regulations or by Decrees issued by the Control Authority.
After the retention terms, personal data will be deleted or transformed into an anonymous form.
9. IGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The data subject has the right, in the cases provided for by the GDPR, to exercise the rights as expressed by Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of Regulation EU 2016/679, and in particular:
Access to personal data;
To obtain rectification or deletion of the same or the limitation of processing concerning him/her;
To oppose the processing; to data portability;
To revoke consent: the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation;
To lodge a complaint with the Control Authority (Privacy Guarantor)
